Low-level software developer (m / f)

Responsibilities :

  • Challenging and forward-looking
  • As a junior technical expert (m / f) for low level software with a focus on drive technology, you support international projects in the field of electric drives
  • You create software modules and are responsible for the requirements, system and fault analysis in the field of low level software development
  • You are responsible for software design and implementation in the programming language (C, C ++) while adhering to the automotive processes
  • You ensure the integration of the software components on the target hardware and the execution of tests on the code and system level including the documentation

 

Your qualifications – sound and specific :

  • You have a successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable course of study with a focus on drive technology or control of electrical drives
  • You already have professional experience in a comparable job in the automotive industry and have very good knowledge of the C languages ​​and at least one script language
  • You have in-depth knowledge in software development and are usually familiar with the embedded C development as well as knowledge of the ISO 26262 standard
  • You bring the willingness, the experience, and the interest also to deal with the underlying hardware, e.g. For measurements and error analysis
  • Your very good communication skills as well as your structured and independent workings round off your profile

 

Skill set required : Low level software development with excellent knowledge on drive technology, Requirement analysis, System design, Excellent hands on experience on programming using C++/ C programming language, Good knowledge on automotive, excellent knowledge of  embedded C/ C++ on Linux, Hardware development, ISO 26262, VHDL, MATLAB, PSpice etc. .
