Model-based Software Developer (m / w)

Responsibilities :

  • Your new challenge – challenging and forward-looking
  • As a specialist (m / f) for model-based software with a focus on drive technology, you support international projects in the field of electric drives
  • You will create software modules and are responsible for the requirements, system and fault analysis in the field of tasks Embedded Software Development
  • You are responsible for the software design and implementation in Matlab / Simulink / Stateflow, while adhering to the automotive processes and code generation with dSPACE – TargetLink
  • You ensure the integration of the software components on the target hardware and the execution of tests on the code and system level

 

Your qualifications – sound and specific :

  • You have a successfully completed degree in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable course of studies with the advanced drive technology or control of electrical drives
  • You already have professional experience in a comparable field of tasks, typically in the automotive industry
  • You have a sound knowledge of software development with Matlab / Simulink / Stateflow and the code generation with dSPACE – TargetLink, and are usually familiar with embedded C development and knowledge of the ISO 26262 standard
  • Your very good communication skills as well as your structured and independent workings round off your profile

 

Skill set required : Excellent programming skills on embedded C/ C++, Hands on experience on embedded Linux, Excellent understanding on drive technology, good understanding of electric drives, excellent hands on experience on requirement analysis, design, and development, excellent hands on experience on embedded software development, excellent hands on experience on software design and development using – MATLAB, SIMULINK, STATEFLOW, and excellent knowledge with good hands on experience into code generation with dSPACE – TargetLink, ISO 26262
