Security Software Developer (m / f)

Responsibility :

  • Challenging and forward-looking
  • As a security expert (m / f) for security software with a focus on drive technology, you support international projects in the field of electric drives
  • You will create software modules and are responsible for the requirements, system and fault analysis in the field of security software development
  • You are responsible for the security software design and the implementation in compliance with the automotive processes
  • You will ensure the integration of the security software components on the target hardware and the execution of tests on the code and system level including their documentation

 

Your qualifications – sound and specific :

  • You have a successfully completed degree in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable course of studies with the advanced drive technology or control of electrical drives
  • You already have a professional experience in a comparable field of work in the automotive industry as well as experience in dealing with hardware security modules (HSM, SHE, TPM) and, in fact, also in the use of HSM solutions in the embedded area
  • You must have profound knowledge in software development, especially in the field of symmetric and asymmetrical cryptography (AES, RSA, ECC) and embedded security
  • You must have very good C-knowledge, good knowledge of common 32-bit microcontrollers as well as knowledge of the Lauterbach-Trace32 debugger and at least one script language
  • Your very good communication skills as well as your structured and independent workings round off your profile

 

Skill set required : Excellent hands on experience on C/ C++ programming language, good knowledge on advanced drive technology, good understanding of electric drives, excellent hands on experience on requirement analysis, design, and development, excellent hands on experience on embedded software development, Excellent understanding on automotive controllers and devices, Excellent hands on experience of using hardware security modules (HSM, SHE, TPM), must know and hands on experience in using HSM solutions in embedded systems, Excellent knowledge of embedded systems design and development, hands on experience on C/ C++ on embedded Linux, Hands on experience on symmetric & asymmetrical cryptography like – AES, RSA, ECC, and excellent experience on embedded security, Good knowledge and hands on experience on 32-bit microcontrollers, excellent knowledge and hands on experience on Lauterbach-Trace32 debugger, Good hands on experience on scripting etc. .
